Equans is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team of cleaners in Truro Combined Court, TR1 2PB on a permanent basis. This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.94 per hour and benefits package.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday - 13:45 to 17:45.
What will you deliver?
You will lead and motivate the cleaning team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness across the site. Youll undertake cleaning tasks, both planned and reactive, throughout the building using correct equipment and methods and will organise cover for sickness/annual leave.
For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential. please visit

In order to meet our customers requirements, the post holder must go through Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). This is a form of Security Clearance set out by the Government which goes through several checks.
These checks typically include:
1. Identity e.g. Passport, but full list of
2. employment history (past 3 years) If there are any gaps, then will require HMRC statements for the period in question.

4. unspent criminal record.
5. any significant periods (6+ months in the past 3 years) of time spent abroad.

17. Experience of industry/public cleaning services (essential)
18. Previous experience of supervising a cleaning team in multiple locations (essential)
19. COSHH Knowledge (desirable)
20. Able to instruct others on the use of cleaning materials and equipment
