Job Title: Customer Service Advisor - Permanent (Full time)
Salary: £24,000 Per Annum - plus performance-related bonusOur client based in Chinnor are seeking a Customer Service Advisorto join their team on a Permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide first line support, inbound enquiry handling and maintaining the CRM database. * Taking inbound customer service calls
* Providing advice and guidance to the caller based on the nature of their enquiry
* Creating a case file for each new care enquiry
* Liaising with the Senior Leadership team to facilitate visits and assessments for potential clients
* Gathering feedback from families on their experience of the care service and communicating this with all stakeholders
* Remaining on hand and in touch with families throughout their journey and providing support when required
* Maintaining case notes on the CRM software
* Ad-hoc market research projects
* Office-based team role with daily KPIs and SLA targets to achieve
