Job summary
We are looking to expand our friendly and successful Nursebank team and are currently recruiting for a Bank Temporary Staffing Administrator, based in Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital.
In our busy environment you will be part of a team acting as the first point of contact via the phone and email for booking bank shifts and a variety of queries. The post holder will be part of a supportive team, providing an efficient and professional temporary staffing service to both our existing and new bank staff, and our clinical and management teams requiring staff.
Main duties of the job
To support our frontline clinical teams by covering vacant shifts with bank and agency workers, whilst accurately recording information onto our systems. You should have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively in a sensitive and confidential manner, as you will be dealing with a wide and interesting variety of queries and enquiries.
Communication and team working are essential, as is the ability to work under your own initiative. The post holder should have excellent IT and organisational skills ideally with experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.
**We are looking for someone to work ideally full time who must also be able to work one 11am to 7pm shift per week and one Sunday a month 8am to 4pm** Some working from home may be possible following training.
