You will:
Lead and motivate the Sales Team.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and targets to maximise sales volume and market share.
Identify new business opportunities
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and analysis to track performance.
You will have:
Previous experience working within Sales Management position within the automotive industry
A proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and achieving targets
Excellent communications skills
A full UK driving licence
Please note position is based full time in the dealership and is not a hybrid role.
