Are you a skilled Electrician seeking a rewarding opportunity in healthcare facilities maintenance? We are currently seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Electrician to join a prestigious healthcare site in Exeter. This role offers a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, along with excellent benefits including 5 weeks of holiday.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting electrical maintenance and repairs across the healthcare facility.
2. Responding promptly to electrical issues and breakdowns.
3. Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
4. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
5. Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure operational efficiency.
Shift Pattern: You will work on a unique shift pattern consisting of 4 days on, followed by 3 days off, then 3 days on, and finally 4 days off. All shifts will be from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, amounting to an average of 7 working days within a 14-day period.
Qualifications and Requirements:
6. Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in a facilities maintenance setting.
7. Electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
8. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
9. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
11. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
12. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
