Our client is a well respected practice based in Market Harborough, and they are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join their Commercial Property Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a broad range of clients, providing legal advice on commercial property transactions.
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Handling a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, leases, and development projects.
· Advising clients on property investment, landlord & tenant issues, and property finance.
· Conducting due diligence, drafting & negotiating contracts, and managing the transaction process from start to finish.
· Building & maintaining strong client relationships, providing high-quality service to meet their needs.
· Working closely with other departments within the firm to provide a seamless, full -service offering to clients.
· Staying up to date with changes in property law and regulation, ensuring compliance and advising clients accordingly.
Key requirements
Key Requirements for this role are:
· A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Commercial Property Law
· Strong technical knowledge and a proven track record in managing commercial property transactions.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to maintain and build client relationships.
· A proactive client-focussed approach, with a keen eye for detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong commercial awareness and the ability to provide practical, business-focussed advice.
