To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
Organising weekly induction events for new members in the organisation
Managing the ongoing Digital Skills orientation programme
Overseeing the calendar for the Digital Skills team
Communicating and supporting the Digital Skills Matrices
Handling invitations and evaluations for all training sessions
Maintaining the Digital Skills SharePoint pages
Coordinating any company-wide Digital Skills training programmes
Managing and updating training records including attendance, absences, and waiting lists
Administering and maintaining the firm's Learning Management System
Within this position, you’ll also be:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
Capable of managing tasks both independently and as part of a team
Extensive experience as a training coordinator or training/learning support role
