Are you an experienced Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner who loves Operational HR with expertise in talent attraction and retention strategies?
If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a truly operational People Partner role, joining a well-known brand at a time of positive transformation and change.
Reporting to a newly appointed senior business partner you will support at an operational level to deliver the people strategy, operating between the strategic partners and shared services team.
You will be coaching and advising operational leadership to execute the strategy and make use of all the MI to make data driven solutions and recommendations with day to day duties including:
1. Working closely with central resourcing team, developing new and effective talent attraction strategies and providing insight on resource planning
2. Working closely with wider people team and management on talent development and retention strategies
3. Reviewing and analysing MI to track people trends, identify causes and impacts and recommend appropriate solutions
