Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Property Management)

Hours: 4-5 hours per day, Monday – Friday (flexible; 4-day work week considered)

Our client is on the hunt for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to help run her property and rental business from her home office. This role is diverse and requires strong attention to detail, excellent planning, and confident communication skills. In this role, you’ll handle all administrative tasks related to property and rentals, keeping everything organized and running smoothly. You’ll communicate effectively with clients and vendors, stay calm under pressure, and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
To be successful, you’ll need previous experience in an admin and coordinating role, sharp attention to detail, top-notch organizational skills, excellent planning abilities, and confident communication skills. Own transport is required due to the office location.
