As a business they operate UK-wide and have a very strong team across a number of business units.
You will have a detailed understanding of the planning system and whilst you don’t need to be a town planner you will be comfortable in managing and directing the external consultants dealing with planning applications.
Ideally, you will have worked for a strategic land business or one of the national plc house builders and have an extensive portable book of contacts in land agencies and with land owners in the northern home counties. You will work alongside the group managing director and oversee the day-to-day land-buying activities so you will be comfortable and able to work under your own direction and produce board and investor reports on potential land purchases or existing assets.
First and foremost, your main role will be to source and purchase land so you will be deal-focused and want to be out in the field finding the relevant opportunities.
You will be remunerated extremely well and can expect to share in the profit and future growth of the business with a sizeable six-figure package.

Developing and building relationships with land owners and land agents in surrey, kent, berkshire and wider southern homes counties
dealing with legal and contractual issues during the purchase of land
appointing and managing external planning consultants
liaising with existing tenants on current land assets
