Are you a compassionate and dedicated Complex Care Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in an Adult’s life? We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse in Deal to provide essential support to an adult with complex care needs in their own home.
The Role:
In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality, personalised nursing care, including medication management, wound care, and assistance with daily living activities.
The client’s care plan includes managing their tracheostomy, PEG tube, suctioning, and PRN oxygen via nasal cannula. This involves routine tracheostomy maintenance, suctioning to clear the airway, and monitoring for complications. PEG tube care ensures proper feeding and site hygiene.
Oxygen is administered as needed, with continuous monitoring of oxygen levels and respiratory status. The plan focuses on regular assessments, proactive interventions, and caregiver education to maintain health and comfort.
Shift pattern available: Alternate Saturdays – 8:00 – 20:00

Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to an adult client
* Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective
* Provide 2-2-1 support to an adult with Suctioning, PEG feeding and Severe Tracheoma
* Build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals
Requirements
* Experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community
* Clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience
* Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week
* Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature
* UK driving license and access to own vehicle
* Right to work in the UK
