A modern and growing business on the outskirts of Colchester are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their small and friendly team of 5.
The ideal candidate will need to have excellent telephone manner and able to organise and prioritise their workload.
Duties:
Answering incoming phone calls and making outbound phone calls
Managing email in box
General administrative and office duties
Assisting with invoicing and receipting customers
Providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers
Skills and Attributes:
Able to work well within a small team.
Excellent telephone manner
Good communication skills
Able to work well under pressure.

Free on-site parkingThe salary for this role is £22,500- £23,000 dependant on experience.
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm with one hour lunch and every other Saturday 9am-5pm.
Own transport is necessary for this role due to location.
