Job Description
3. Hire and manage a team of Collections Officers
4. Analyse discrepancies in the AR function
5. Report back to the Finance Manager on team progress
6. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
7. Ensure all accounting tasks are completed accurately and on time
8. Develop and implement effective financial strategies
9. Handle complex accounting issues and provide solutions
10. Monitor and manage the company's accounts receivable

13. Strong analytical abilities
14. An aptitude for problem-solving
15. The ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments
16. Familiarity with accounts receivable processes
