What you'll do
As the PA to Director of Corporate Affairs at Sainsbury's, you will play a crucial role in providing professional and high-quality administrative support to the Director and their team. Your responsibilities will include managing the Director's diary, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, preparing documents and presentations, organising travel arrangements, and overseeing division-level activities. With your significant experience as a Personal Assistant at an Executive level, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with discretion and diplomacy on confidential matters, ensuring the smooth running of the Corporate Affairs function with efficiency and professionalism.

As a seasoned Personal Assistant with extensive experience supporting executives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You possess exceptional communication skills, tact, and the discretion necessary to handle confidential matters with professionalism and integrity. Your proactive approach, strong organisational abilities, and meticulous attention to detail enable you to efficiently manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and provide high-quality administrative support to senior leadership. Proficient in MS Office suite programmes and adept at building relationships at all levels, you demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and a positive attitude in delivering top-notch assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the Director of Corporate Affairs' office.
