We are collaborating with a large, multinational, manufacturing company based in North Bristol that specialises in signing, printing and vehicle wrapping.
Due to maternity cover, our client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide a strong customer experience by solving any problems customers may have.
What you’ll be doing?
* Dealing with customer orders and requests as well as any problems that arise until the customer is satisfied
* Providing tailored and innovate solutions through product, application and industry knowledge
* Working on an internal CRM and updating movement or solutions from conversations with customers
* Staying updated on artist facts to engage confidently with clients
* Providing customer feedback on product, application and industry trends
* Acting as the main point of contact for customer queries and giving a professional and personable service
What you’ll need to apply?
* Previous experience working in a customer focused environment
* Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
* Strong communication skills

* Starting salary of £23,473 increasing with tenure up to £28,462
* £250 bonus after six months
* £2500 commission after 12 months (based on company performance)
