This is a standalone HR Manager role supporting a headcount of c150 which will report directly into the Finance Director. The company is dedicated to delivering high-quality products while fostering a collaborative and friendly work environment. As the company continues to grow, the role will oversee all HR and be responsible for the follow:
* Overseeing employee relations cases and conflict resolution
* Developing policies and procedures
* Support for compensation and benefits programs
* Promotion of workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives
* Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
* Human resources administration and operational oversight
* Recruitment and talent acquisition management
* Coordination of training and professional development programmes
* Employee retention strategies and initiatives
* Strategic HR leadership and guidance to support senior leadership team
* Data-driven HR analytics for informed decision-making
The ideal candidate will be a confident and experienced HR professional who is comfortable working within a standalone role and keen to drive and develop the company's HR function.
