We are seeking a skilled Care Manager to support the management of multi-site supported tenancies.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the care services provided by our team, ensuring that residents receive high-quality support and care.
Key Responsibilities
* To manage and coordinate the care services provided by our team, including staff rotas, client assessments, and service plans.
* To ensure that all aspects of the care service meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
* To work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Social Work, Nursing) or equivalent experience.
* Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
What We Offer
