We are looking for a Social Media Strategy Manager who will be responsible for the creation and deployment of a Social Media Strategy for KC Consumer taking into account Paid, Earned, Shared and Owned, building and maintaining our brand's online presence across various social media channels. Partner with Creative & Comms team, as well as external agencies to develop engaging content that delivers on brand objectives
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Partnering with comms and creative team, responsible for creating over-arching International Family & Professional Care (IFP) segment Consumer social media strategy that generates awareness, sparks curiosity, and generates brand love
2. Partner with Creative & Comms, Social Media Moderation teams to ensure engaging content and unified approach to brand messaging
3. Stay on top of cross market emerging trendsensuring KC understands emerging content, strategies & platforms
4. Be an SME for Social, guiding the business on how to build a meaningful and impactful presence
5. Increase KC presence on Social Media, setting high level KPIs and measurement frameworks for Accountable Business Unites (ABUs) supporting the business on what success looks like
6. Work with ABUs on Country specific requirements, guiding on best practice and principles i.e. platforms
7. Lead on development and execution of Social insights from Sprinklr, determining how we can use this for a strategic advantage
8. Be aware of Community management principle and guidelines, liaising with Global Social as appropriate
9. Own and set up the agency model required to support IFP brands across markets for social, including moderation and community management partnering with Social Moderation team

You will also need the following qualifications:
10. Proven experience building social strategy at an agency or in-house organization
11. Previous recent social agency experience with strong understanding of Global social media platforms and emerging trends. Must include TikTok.
12. Previous experience selecting, and successfully managing Social agencies to work across markets
13. Experience working with Social in a multi-market Global role
14. Previous experience working with Influencers, and relevant Social agencies
15. Proven track record of developing best-in-class campaigns that change brand perception for the better
16. A self-starter that is adept at translating vision into business strategy & implementation plans that ensure high quality execution, communicating this to stakeholders of varying levels
