As a Facilities Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of their facilities. Your main duties will include:
Principal Accountabilities
* Assist in the delivery of Facilities Management services to a high standard. Identifying opportunities that will continuously improve all aspects of FM operations.
* Opening, recording and distribution of all incoming mail - to ensure post and equipment is delivered promptly to all offices, sites and depots of the Group.
* Carry out building & meeting room checks including coffee machine management daily, ensuring any issues are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner.
* Assisting the Facilities department with office moves and other general adhoc projects.
* Organise and maintain records for invoices, expenses and financial records.
* Act as point of contact for company departments and contractors ensuring lines of communication are maintained and regularly monitored.
