3. Prepare and execute weekly visit schedules to meet regional or product group targets set by the Product Manager;
4. Communicate customer developments and competitor information to track orders following visits;
5. Report all changes in customer information to the central office;
6. Track industrial and commercial developments in the region or product group through official and other sources to identify new potential customers;
7. Ensure the implementation of specified activities for each customer following visits;
8. Follow up on quotes to ensure they turn into confirmed orders;
9. Conduct direct sales within the given authorities;
10. Report customer complaints to relevant departments and communicate the outcomes back to customers;
11. Organize training sessions for customers with the participation of the Product Manager to increase product demand;
12. Continuously develop technical and quality knowledge to enhance sales capacity;
13. Ensure payments are made by customers based on debt tracking information provided by the Accounting Department during customer visits;
14. Coordinate and monitor the implementation of customer training sessions;
15. Track tenders using available resources (internet, official gazette, etc.).
Aradığımız Profil
16. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials or Metallurgy Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a related field;
17. Proven experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in the industrial sector;
18. Strong communication and negotiation skills;
19. Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
20. Excellent problem-solving skills;
21. Proficiency in MS Office applications;
22. Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
