Your new role
You'll manage a dynamic team of Customer Service Advisors with varying levels of experience. Your main responsibilities include:
1. Managing 17 employees in the contact centre team
2. Managing performance of customer service employees on a daily basis
3. Ensuring targets are met and performance is on track
4. Delivering on oues
5. Working with various stakeholders and departments across the organisation
6. Helping with calls and queries of a sensitive and distressing nature
What you'll need to succeed
7. Experience in Customer Service management
8. People management experience
9. Have a can-do attitude and the ability to hit the ground running
10. Handle demanding and lengthy phone calls
11. Proven track record of delivering oues
