If you have Sales Management experience this is a great opportunity for you to be an influential member of the team as Head of Sales – UK, DACH and Benelux based in the UK. This is an exciting role for a hands-on proactive, strong leader who will:
* Overall responsibility for a major revenue generating region
* Manage a team of Key Account Managers across the region
* Strategically manage a portfolio of critical Key Accounts
* Devise and deliver Go To Market Plans & Strategy
* Be an active part of the senior leadership team with opportunity to promote ideas, initiatives and define strategy
This will be a home-based position with approximately 4-5 days travel across the region per month.
To be considered we’d like you to meet some of the following criteria:
* Experience of bespoke packaging solutions
* Managed an external Sales Team
* Strong, proactive leader who is keen to suggest commercial ideas, initiatives and strategy
* Understanding of bespoke value-based selling built around individual customer segments
In return you’ll receive a basic salary of £100,000 + Bonus + Car + Benefits
