Pro FS is an independent, family run business which provides Third Party Fulfilment services to e-commerce retailers in the UK and Europe. We are looking for motivated, hardworking people who can get along with, and support others.
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our IT Support team in Milton Keynes.
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be providing daily support to our office & warehouse teams and our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the daily management of business systems, predominantly the warehouse management system.
2. Testing of system developments prior to deployment.
3. Direct client communication via e-mail and telephone.
4. Data analysis and reporting.
5. Liaising and communicating with suppliers and stakeholders.
6. Monitoring of business systems and hardware.
7. Ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:
1. Previous IT Support Desk activity.
2. Proficient in Office 365 application use (Excel, Outlook).
3. Warehouse Management System support experience.
4. Experience of software application support, specifically resolving issues at a technical and configuration level is essential.
5. Good understanding of hardware application and maintenance.
6. Strong communication and documentation skills within a professional environment.
7. Problem solving.
Preferable:
1. Working knowledge of e-commerce fulfilment operations.
2. Experience within similar role.
3. Familiar with JavaScript and MySQL.
Terms:
1. Full time 37.5 hours a week (excluding 1 hour break) Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00
2. Salary 28k – 31k dependent on experience.
3. Approved overtime paid at 1.5 x hourly rate.
4. 28 days holiday per annum including UK public holidays (increasing after 3 years’ service)
5. Pension - 3% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution.

Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
