We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales operations of a household-name quality brand.
Taking on the role as SALES MANAGER within this privately owned dealer group’s Plymouth facility you will utilise your extensive skills and experience to lead the departments to the achievement of their key objectives – reporting directly to the relevant Director.
Responsibilities will extend to
* Managing a team comprising of Sales Executives, Sales Controllers, and Administrators.
* Leading, coaching, mentoring and motivating to ensure each team member has the ability to perform at their optimum.
* Interacting with colleagues and customers to ensure an excellent service standard is delivered.
* Controlling new and used vehicle stock, costs, overheads and preparation efficiencies.
* Building and maintaining excellent relationships with representatives of the manufacturer.
* Making sure all regulatory and process compliance is watertight.
