You will be working for a well-known telmunicationspany with an office within Solihull. Thispany is a household name and is known for their progressive careers as well as new opportunities.
Your new role
Within your new role, you will be dispatching jobs to field engineers as well as supporting operational tasks. You will be supporting andpleting administrative tasks whilst following guidelines. You will bemunicating with customers, both external and internal, ensuring that a quality service is maintained. As this is a hybrid role, you will be on site two days a week, after your training ispleted. You will need to be results driven and have experience of meeting KPIs, as well as being highly motivated.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be able to work well within a team. Collaborate with other teams, prioritise health and safety requirements, and align with business values. Strongmunication skills, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving abilities are essential. To succeed you will need to be able to adapt to new systems as well as be proficient within Microsoft Office. Having a proactive attitude and an eye for detail will allow you to hit the ground running.
What you'll get in return
A long-term temporary role that offers you a hybrid working pattern, with an hourly rate of £ including holiday pay is offered. This role will start at the end of June and will last for six months. You will gain exposure to an area of expertise and receive excellent training.
