Principle Accountabilities
1. Assess returned engineer job notes and generate revisits where required
2. Ensure funding is adequate to cover revisits
3. Raise purchase orders for parts and van stock replenishment
4. Assist with invoice queries
5. Check portals are updated by engineers, updating where necessary
6. Load certificates to portals where applicable
7. Record proof of deliveries for goods dispatched to sites
8. Receive incoming alarm activations, assess and contact sites where necessary
9. Work as part of a team to deliver excellent service to the Customer.
10. Comply with any other reasonable management instruction or ad-hoc duties.
Key Experience Required
11. Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or Call Centre Environment
12. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
13. Excellent organisational skills
14. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
15. High attention to detail and work with a high degree of accuracy
