Role:
* Provide targeted support to students with SEN, both on a 1:1 basis and in small group settings
* Prepare and adapt educational materials to meet individual student requirements
* Support students’ physical, social, and emotional well-being
* Provide a positive, inclusive classroom environment to engage and motivate students
* Assist with managing students' behavioural and learning challenges
Requirements:
* A 2:1 or higher degree in Psychology or a relevant field from a Top UK University is essential
* Previous experience with children, ideally in a SEN setting
* Strong communication skills and excellent behaviour management abilities
* Confidence in supporting students with challenging behaviour and learning difficulties
* A patient, compassionate, and child-focused approach to education
