As we continue to rapidly expand, we are on the lookout for an experienced recruiter with a successful proven track record of billing, specifically within the Finance sector with a focus on Interim Positions!
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles for interim finance positions.
* Source, attract, and engage with qualified candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and recruitment databases.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for interim placements, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of interim finance professionals.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and internal policies during the recruitment process.
* Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities using the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other tools.
* Foster strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
