Your duties will include:
* Purchase Ledger
* Matching and Processing Invoices
* Dealing with invoice queries
* Support the finance team with preparation of sales invoices
* Reconciliations
* Posting stock transfers
* First point of contact for the business
* Dealing with incoming calls
* Greeting visitors
* Accepting deliveries from suppliers
* Ordering stationary and ensuring meeting rooms are tidy.
* Weekly amazon purchasing
* Incoming and outgoing post
* General Administration
