Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to work as part of the Occupational Health team based at a site in Aberdeen.
This role is responsible for the service delivery of a full remit of occupational health services to include:
Key responsibilities include:
* Workplace assessments
* Reporting on health risks
* Routine health surveillance
* Pre-placement screenings
* Fitness-for-work assessments
* Undertaking case management, both in person and remotely, producing quality reports for the clients
* Managing Health Records ensuring safe storage, security and confidentiality of OH records, complying with relevant legislation and good practice
* Work to strict protocols and procedures in line with SEQOHS accreditation
Applicant Profile:
* RGN/RMN with prior Occupational Health Advisor experience
* Current NMC Registration
* Desirable: Occupational Health qualification; relevant experience considered
* Proactive, friendly, and professional individuals with workload management confidence
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good understanding of Microsoft packages, and comfortable in use of OH software.
