The key duties are as followed:

5. Regularly review financial data and support departments with their budgeting
6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
7. Implement effective strategies to improve financial performance
8. Collaborate with other department heads on financial matters
9. Prepare financial reports for senior management
10. Handle any financial irregularities promptly and professionally
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
11. A strong educational background in finance, accounting or a related field
12. Previous NHS experience
13. Previous experience in a finance leadership role
14. Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and standards
15. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
16. Strong leadership and people management skills
17. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
