Monday - Friday (8:00am - 17:00pm)

The Duties:
* The purpose of the role is to be the first point of contact for internal and external customers for the reporting of repairs. The role will involve;
* Answering phone calls from residents and clients in the housing and healthcare facilities.
* Raising repair requests, ensuring that all relevant information is logged accurately on the in-house reporting system (Planet FM).
* Providing updates on jobs.
* Ensuring that any update notes are added to all jobs with sufficient detail, and that they are fully up to date and accurate.
* Actively monitoring the communal email folders for repairs reported and actioning where appropriate within the given Service Level Agreement (SLA).
* This role is predominantly telephone based and will involve the logging of jobs in the system.
Working in a contact centre environment for a maintenance contractor or housing association would be advantageous.
