About You:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SHEQ Manager to drive health and safety strategies across our multi-site company. You will be the expert voice, guiding and inspiring teams while implementing best practices. If you thrive on autonomy and have a knack for identifying and driving improvements, this role is for you!

1. Proven ability to influence and engage teams, promoting positive H&S behaviors.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to secure buy-in from all levels.
3. Detail-oriented with a successful track record in managing multiple projects.
4. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
5. A true Champion for HSEQ, driving your agenda across the business.
6. NEBOSH qualification is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
7. Develop and deliver health and safety strategies, ensuring company-wide best practices.
8. Lead all day-to-day H&S matters, maintaining and improving HSEQ management systems.
9. Provide expert health and safety advice and knowledge across the group.
10. Adopt a continuous improvement methodology, proactively identifying opportunities for change.
11. Manage insurance claims and third-party relationships.
12. Develop policies, standards, and training to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
13. Ensure business safety, health, and environment compliance (ISO, COSHH, LOLER, PUWER).
