Job Description
Our client is one of the largest privately owned plant hire companies in the North of England with 8 depots. Established over 70 years ago, it provides a complete hire and sales service for a wide range of Construction Plant, Tools, Excavator Attachments and Secure Site Accommodation. They are now looking for a Hire Controller for their Catterick Depot.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responding to customer enquiries about plant, machinery and tool hire
2. Pro-actively promoting the company at all times
3. Developing professional relationships with internal and external clients
4. Maintaining and exceeding company targets
5. Setting up customer hire contracts
6. Negotiating costs and preparing invoices
7. General administration
Requirements
8. You must have experience of working as a Hire Controller within a construction hire company
9. Have a proven track record of providing great customer service
10. The enthusiasm to learn about our business and range of equipment we supply.
11. The ability to multi-task, working quickly and accurately under pressure
12. A good level of numeracy, literacy, and IT skill
Benefits
