Role Overview
As an MOT Tester with BEST Autocentres, you will be essential in ensuring vehicle safety and compliance, helping us uphold our reputation for reliable, high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive MOT tests per VOSA guidelines and standards.
* Inspect vehicles for safety and emissions compliance.
* Diagnose faults, recommend necessary repairs, and advise customers.
* Maintain accurate records of tests and inspections.
* Provide clear, customer-friendly explanations of test results and recommendations.
* Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements
* Valid MOT Tester certification (Class 4 and 7).
* Experience in vehicle maintenance and repairs.
* Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
