YOUR ACTIVITIES
15. Deliver exceptional consumer experience tailored to the Brand Flagship by ensuring outstanding execution of global brand and retail operational standards
16. Foster a positive culture in the store and supports the Senior Manager to enable the team to create a consumer-centered, authentic, active culture in the store
17. Understand the concept and strategic importance of the Brand Flagship store and think broadly when supporting the direction of the store team and creating brand advocacy
18. Provide regular input to the the Senior Manager to allow for feedback to different departments and global teams to achieve the Brand’s Flagship ambition
19. Support and coach associates within the designated area to drive sales and meet key performance indicators
20. Support the Store Management Team to hire, develop and build high performing employees
21. Support the Senior Manager to foster a collaborative working relationship with both the global and the Market Retail teams
22. Provide constructive feedback to the Senior Manager and wider Retail team on the success and feasibility of current and new programs, other initiatives, and specific store needs
23. Communicate and provide visibility on product needs/other operational needs and opportunities to the Senior Manager for the designated area
24. Act as Brand ambassador and partner within the local community to promote brand and store awareness
25. Ensure consistent implementation of all global programs, initiatives, and strategies within the Brand Flagship store
26. Support Senior Manager with leveraging global and local tools to lead the performance management, succession, recruiting, hiring, and development activities, resulting in high employee engagement
27. Promote a high-performance culture in the Brand Flagship by supporting the clear expectations set, holding employees accountable, creating an effective and efficient work environment, and supporting goals that focus the team on key drivers that impact the success
28. Support training and execution in store in all designated areas, including business, operations, sales/customer service, and visual merchandising, while also coordinating with Regional Trainer to ensure all employees are trained in Retail Standards
29. Support the timely completion of all record-keeping associated with applicants, new hires, payroll, performance appraisals, counseling, disciplinary actions, and terminations
