Job Description
We are on the hunt for an absolute superstar of a Night Manager to join us, here at Mama London, to support the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel during night hours, adhering to all Company and Mama policies and Ennismore policies and procedures.
Our ideal candidate will be have previous experience of working as a night manager. As you are the front face of out hotel, you will be well presented, have an approachable personality, have a great presence on the department and able to lead the night team and support our guests with any request.
You need to be someone that can:
1. resolve any issues and discrepancies
2. can arrange transport for guests when needed
3. is knowledgable about London
4. can help guests in visiting hot spots
5. can maintain hotel records
6. can provide immaculate phone and interaction etiquette with all guests
7. Support with Security, Licensing, Fire, Health & Safety procedures are strictly followed during the night shift
8. Deliver excellent customer service and all guest's requests and complaints to be responded to promptly and effectively
9. Support the Reception with check in, check out, guests enquiries during the night
10. Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
11. Experience within ACCOR brands is preferred but not essential as training will be provided (knowledge of TARS, PROTEL)
