We are currently looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Bar Manager to lead our bar team.
Our bars at THE PIG are unique! We smash, muddle, blend, shake and throw our way to making our guests the perfect drink. All of our cocktails are designed with the kitchen garden in mind. This provides the essential ingredients to infuse our locally sourced spirits. Our vodkas are infused by the herbs, flowers and berries from the kitchen garden, bacon is added to our bourbon and caramel to our rum. There is no limit to what we can do and this all comes from the creative minds of our bar team.
The role of Bar Manager is key to our success. A can-do attitude and not being afraid to muck in is essential. You will be supporting the effective set up and operation of the bar areas and leading a team of skilled Bartenders and Bar Staff.
You will need to have a proactive attitude towards working on the floor, behind the bar and supporting the entire bar team with their knowledge and development along with a strong knowledge of beverages, from classic cocktails to spirits, beers, and wines. Ideally, you will enjoy keeping up with current trends and have natural creativity when it comes to serving guests.
Previous experience as a Bar Manager, or within a similar role is essential.
