Early Years Lead Practitioner - Houndsfield Primary School
Actual Salary Range: £27,089 - £29,243 p.a. inc (Scale 5)
Hours: 35 hours and 45 minutes per week, 8.15am – 4pm Mon-Fri (until 4.45pm on Wed for INSET) with 45 minutes for lunch
Weeks per Year: 41 weeks (39 weeks term time + 2 weeks)
Contract: Permanent

Houndsfield Primary School is a large, diverse primary school in Edmonton. We are looking for practitioners who have a genuine desire to make a difference and who can generate opportunities for creative learning in order to support pupils to ‘Reach for Success’.

We are looking for a creative and committed Early Years Lead Practitioner to lead all elements of our Terrific Twos provision including planning, reporting to parents, managing additional adults, and assessing children’s progress. The successful candidate must have an NNEB qualification or equivalent that is relevant to the role, for example, a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education. The qualification MUST appear on the Government Early Years Qualification list. A paediatric first aid qualification is also desirable.
