What’s involved?
A successful Pastry Chef de Partie will be assisting the Head Chef preparing for meals and getting ready for service. Candidates will stand a better chance if they have experience in a similar role, but training and the opportunity to progress within the company is given.
Minimum of 2 AA Rosette experience required.
