Essential Role Requirements
* 5+ years of experience working in a practice environment.
* AAT or ACCA qualified (or part-qualified).
* Proficiency in IRIS Practice Suite/TaxCalc, Sage software, and Cloud Accounting software (Xero, Sage Online, QuickBooks, etc).
* Strong communication and leadership skills to manage and mentor junior team members.
* A client-focused approach with the ability to offer strategic business advice.
