They are now looking for a Management Accountant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As a Management Accountant, you’ll play a key role in driving the financial success of our client’s projects and elevating their management accounting processes.
Working closely with the Head of Finance, you will produce accurate financial reports, manage budgeting and oversee projects’ financial performance.
You will also prepare detailed monthly management accounts, cashflow reports and funder reports, ensuring that complex projects are accurately reported and providing financial insight through meetings with budget holders.
Additionally, you will:
- Support the budget preparation process
- Develop financial forecasts
- Provide responses for pricing bids, grant applications, and tenders
- Line manage two Assistant Management Accountants
- Act as a Domain Administrator for Xledger
- Assist the Head of Finance with the annual audit and statutory reporting preparation
About You
To be considered as a Management Accountant, you will need:
- Project financial experience including financial planning, forecasting and modelling
- Experience producing monthly management accounts and charity funder reports
- Experience of working in the Non-Profit sector
- Experience of line managing a small team
- Strong knowledge of working with finance systems
- To be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CCAB) or working towards qualification
