Primary School Teaching Assistants (SW16)

The successful candidates will support teachers in delivering high-quality education to students, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson preparation
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
Support the development of educational materials and resources
Monitor and record student progress and behaviour
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with children and young adults
Patience and empathy in dealing with students' individual needs
Organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with teaching staff
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
