Position: Full-Time, Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Experience with SEND Students: Previous experience working with students with SEND is essential. We’re looking for someone eager to get involved in all aspects of school life.
* Relevant Qualifications & Skills:
o Level 3 Teaching Assistant certification (or equivalent)
o Positive handling skills (desirable)
o Experience with restorative justice approaches (desirable)
o First Aid training (desirable)
* Key Attributes: Compassion, patience, adaptability, and a strong sense of initiative.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
