We are currently recruiting a UX Designer who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Senior UX Designer, you will help shape and influence the user-centric design of the Lovehoney websites to create user experiences and interfaces that are genuinely intuitive and engaging. Assisting the team in the discovery, design and development of a wide variety of products, features and journeys, including optimising page layouts, promotional devices, campaign pages, user self-service tools and loyalty engagement journeys and more. You will put your understanding of UX practices, research and design experience to full use to help create end-to-end journeys that meet the requirements, optimise the user experience and deliver on business objectives. Please note that this is a fixed-term contract of up to 1 year (maternity cover).
What you will do
1. Collaborate with product owners, developers and stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
2. Develop user flows, personas, and vision for end features; create and refine UI mockups, prototypes, and graphical assets for development teams.
3. Prepare, present, and adjust draft wireframes based on feedback from internal teams and key stakeholders.
4. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems using data analysis, user behavior, and research tools; conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
5. Adhere to accessibility and design standards, maintain the Lovehoney UI design system, and regularly review websites to identify user struggles and measure new feature performance.
What you should bring
6. Work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a portfolio showcasing both UX and UI work (ecommerce sites an advantage).
7. Proficient in wireframe and design software tools (Figma, Framer, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop).
8. Strong team spirit with excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
9. Good time-management skills and attention to detail.
Advantageous, but not essential:
10. Qualification in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
