Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Service Manager to join our team in Taunton. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service and ensuring that we deliver high-quality services to our clients.
About the Role:
* You will be responsible for managing a team of staff and providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
* You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of the service and identifying areas for improvement
* You will be required to maintain accurate records and reports, including client data and service statistics
What You'll Need:
* Degree-level qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
* Proven track record of success in a similar role
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
