Fleet Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Fleet Office Administrator. This role will be primarily office-based, supporting the management of fleet operations while handling some basic hands-on technician tasks when required.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining fleet compliance, optimising performance through data analysis, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate records and reports related to fleet operations
* Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimise performance
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
* Provide administrative support to the fleet management team
Requirements:
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Basic technical knowledge and skills
* Experience in a similar role or industry is preferred but not essential
Salary:
£35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
