Who we are:
MooGoo is an Australian & family owned natural Skin Care company created for those with sensitive skin and scalp conditions such as eczema and psoriasis, as well as those who are health conscious about what they are putting on their skin.
Founded by Craig Jones in 2005, a cream was created from his mother using udder balm, a well-known country remedy which is used on cows, to help with her psoriasis. It was however thick and pasty which didn't work for his mums skin, so he created a cream now known as our Skin Milk Udder Cream and MooGoo was born.
From its inception, MooGoo has fast become a household and trusted favourite around the world, leading the way in effective natural skincare.
The role:
You will have strong direction and leadership skills, have a natural ability to lead by example and manage a team of sales representatives across the UK to achieve and exceed sales targets. Responsible for growing the stockist sales in the UK, you will have a deep understanding of current market trends, recognise new business opportunities, increase store footprint and ranging/planogram within stores individually and at group level, increase store sell through with continuous training and education, and developing and driving the sales team. Reporting to the CEO and Marketing Manager, you provide insights from the frontline and help develop strategies to meet company objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Identifying new retail groups and outbound prospecting calls to potential stockists
* Re-approaching cold, and closing warm & hot leads
* Arrange and carry out presentations either via web or face to face with potential and existing stockists
* Coach, mentor and support a high-performing sales team
* Forecast targets and establish performance objectives for the sales team and ensure company targets are met or exceeded by ensuring your team meet or exceed their individual targets
* Analyse and interpret sales reports/results and take corrective action to achieve sales targets
* Identify areas of opportunity to drive growth
* Identifying growth opportunities, managing and increasing ranging/planogram within Key Accounts
* Organising promotional activity and budgeting accordingly
* Represent MooGoo at relevant speaking engagements, conferences and training events
* Travel may be required to attend meetings & conferences and to ensure success within new stores and retail groups
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience leading and developing a high performing sales team
* Have demonstrated experience maintaining a positive culture and creating a positive workplace
* Have sound industry knowledge, specifically in skincare, pharmacy or pharmaceuticals
* Business planning and strategy development
* Be results oriented with the ability to analyse performance results and take appropriate action
* Be an excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills
* Be advanced in Microsoft Excel, Netsuite and relevant software
* Ideally live in London/West London or surrounds or be willing to relocate
* Must be able to travel to Slough HO 2-3 times a week
* Having already worked in the Pharmacy space is desired but not essential
