What the Job Involves As a Team Manager in the Family Support & Intervention - Safeguarding & Legal team, based in Coed Pella, Colwyn Bay, Conwy, you will assist the Section Manager in overseeing and managing the Safeguarding and Legal Team activities within the County Borough of Conwy. You will ensure timely referrals, quality case management, and supervision of level 2 & 3 Social Workers, driving the production of quality assessments and outcome-focused care plans. Your role involves quality assurance of court reports, attending PLO meetings, supervising social work practice, and providing strategic support for delivering needs-led services to children and families. You will manage budgets, audit case files, mentor social workers, uphold health and safety standards, and foster relationships with external agencies. This commitment involves working Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, with a requirement to work from the office for approximately 12 weeks, with potential for extension.
