About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiasticAssistant F&B Managerto join our talented hospitality team. In this key role, you will collaborate closely with both our restaurant and events teams to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional food and beverage experiences, all set against the backdrop of a newly refurbished kitchen offering a fresh, seasonal menu.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the F&B Manager in overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality.
* Work alongside the restaurant and events teams to deliver memorable experiences for guests, whether theyre enjoying a casual meal, a family celebration, or an elegant event.
